Hey guys, thought it would be useful to start a thread to discuss comp in REPE in London. Effectively it is useful to gauge if we are being paid fairly in the current climate so please feel free to share your total comp anonymously of course! I am a 2nd year analyst at a small REPE shop investing in all the main sectors. Base of £92k and 50% bonus no carry as yet.

Yeah good for you that is a high base salary and good target bonus too.
I think most large US funds pay £70k for An1 with some variation around that.
