Effectively it is useful to gauge if we are being paid fairly in the current climate so please feel free to share your total comp anonymously of course! I am a 2nd year analyst at a small REPE shop investing in all the main sectors. Base of £92k and 50% bonus no carry as yet.

Yeah good for you that is a high base salary and good target bonus too.
I think most large US funds pay £70k for An1 with some variation around that.
