London - Associate Comp for KKR RE platform ?

I'm trying to find out how much an acquisition/UW Associate can expect earning (base + bonus) at a KKR platform (for instance a Mirastar)

Many thanks !

I’d say it’s around £100k - £120k base with c 100% bonus. Given where the market is, I wouldn’t be surprised to see bonuses being considerably lower for ‘23/‘24.

Hard to believe if true... Analyst pay there is 75+75 base / bonus split.

Seems like they want to jump on the bandwagon like other MFs and start pumping cash into a new "hot" type of asset until valuations do not make sense.  So they can continue to bleed their LPs to death with big fat management fees.

KKR comp and KKR platform comp will be very different. Same for any other platform/ portfolio company.

The £120+£120k for a REPE Associate at MF (bonus probably down now in current market) sounds right. For a platform/ portfolio company, would be much less.

I disagree. I know for a fact that in some platforms the comp for UW associates is around 100k + 80%/90%. Also, I think that the base for KKR associates is around £150k.
