London REPE specific Head Hunters

Who are the main head hunters in the real estate private sphere? I know the usual Dartmouth Partners, PER, Madison Berkeley, but are there others that work at the analyst/associate levels?

Also, do the HH approach you or do you have to make the connections with them?

Thanks in advance!

In addition to the ones you mentioned you have Hinton Rose, Lawbrook, Russel Reynolds etc. I find them to be really proactive and have not sought out any contact, but they still reach out on LinkedIn etc. However, remember that they tend to represent the same roles so I advise you to take caution to who you actually want representing you to companies. If they come across as "aggressive" with pushing you roles, you can bet they do that with multiple other candidates as well and I personally would be careful with having someone like that introducing my resume for the first time to a Hiring Manager. In my opinion, A lot of HH are really unprofessional, however, if you find someone good that has a strong network, make sure you build a good relationship as it can be an asset going forward.
