Looking for Asset Management Guidance

I was recently voluntold to take the lead on asset management for our 8 multifamily projects after our third-party asset manager gave notice. Exciting times!
I’ve heard some companies have Asset Management Success Guides that outline rules and expectations for third-party property managers. I know it’s a long shot, but does anyone have a success guide they’d be willing to share?
I found a solid book from the 90s, but let’s be real—I still have a lot to learn. Any insights, templates, or advice would be greatly appreciated! ❤️
