Looking for complex waterfall models, have lots to trade/share
Hi guys,
Looking for some more complex waterfall structures. I'd like to see models with both an IRR & equity multiple hurdle as well as any kind of catch up/claw back provisions. Please PM me if you have any of the above (or different, other complex waterfall distributions) - have lots to trade.

Do any of you have a waterfall model with a 50/50 catch up on the back end? can't find any online that would have one.
