Looking for info on Transwestern Development Company

I'm looking to see if anyone is familiar with Transwestern's development wing (Transwestern Development Company)? I graduate from uni this coming spring and am trying to break into development. I have been applying to different analyst positions and am familiar with every company I have applied to thus far, but I am not familiar with Transwestern as a whole and much less their development operation.

I've dug through their website and asked a few questions throughout my interviews, and I am going to have the opportunity to ask more in the near future. I wanted to ask if anyone on here has had any experience with them in the past, or any insight to their reputation, culture, etc...?

Thanks in advance.

Transwestern is mostly known for their brokerage but have 3 subsidiaries... Development, Venture (opportunistic), and Investment. From my understanding, they all operate independently of each other.

Development team is based out of Dallas but has Houston folks. Good shop... mostly does industrial and multifamily but have done other stuff before. They're a good group if you want to do development. Somebody else can add more insight but I have a feeling that's all you're going to get. They'll take LP money from anybody (their investment group) or external.
