Looking to hire an underwriting analyst in D.C.

I have posted on here the past few years and have been fortunate to hire three great underwriting analysts from WSO. We have a need for another analyst here in the D.C. office. If anybody is interested, please send me your resume and what you're looking for in regards to compensation to [email protected].

We're a mid market agency (Freddie/Fannie) underwriting shop. Previous agency experience is preferred but not required. Will teach you how to underwrite and my goal is to get all my analysts promoted to full blown underwriters as soon as possible. Looking for somebody with basic knowledge of real estate concepts. You can expect a typical work week to be 45-50 hours in a very laid back environment. You'll learn a lot and our company is small enough that you can get promoted to a junior underwriter in a few years.
