Go on EMMA. LIHTCs flow through tax exempt bonds, generally, and those are a matter of public record. Just pick whichever issuer(s) are in your region, and look at what projects that issuance covers (general resolution bonds will list which projects are included, single project issuances are self explanatory). From there it's easy to back into who is active and to what degree.
9% awards are public record. Should be able to find them on the housing finance authority website.
