I work in the acquisitions group of a midwest based multifamily owner-operator focused on value-add and opportunistic investments.
We currently work with two LP equity providers, but are looking to expand our relationship base. The two current groups syndicate each deal on a one-off basis through their network of HNW individuals...they are not funds.
Is there a list or database available? What would I search for online?

There is no list because most LP equity providers don't want Joe schmo from WSO calling them up asking for money. That said, it's fairly easy to search linkedin for employees at LPs. just search JV equity and real estate.
I think Crittiden sells a list like this, Preqin maybe useful, IPE Real Estates often ranks LP investors into real estate (that's probably free) but only the big big names. There are directories of pension funds, endowments, etc. that can be purchased, still, you have to dig/mine to get legit contact info and figure out if they make RE investments.
What about PERE? Don't they have a database?
