Hey guys,
So I have a bit of a project. I've been tasked with identifying potential M&A targets for next year. Primarily looking for private RE companies with roughly 5,000 or less MF units on the West Coast.
Does anyone have some insight on how I could efficiently go about this without just aimlessly googling? Does CoStar/Axiometrics/Yardi have the capability to do something like this? Does anyone have a database of smallish companies that fall into this category?
