Madison International Realty
Does anyone have info about Madison International Realty based out of NYC? They look like an interesting shop but the only info on them is from their website. I’d like to get an unbiased opinion.

Career Resources
I'm guessing you're talking about Madison Realty Capital? Josh Zegen?
Nvm, looked them up. I work in the city and haven't heard much about them. If you're coming out of undergrad I'd say talk to some of the younger guys there, send them an email saying you're interested in learning more about what they're doing and if they have time to talk. If you can give some more background on where you're at in your career, what you want to do, etc I'd be happy to give some more suggestions on what to do & where to look.
Lol thanks. I just wanted to get to know more of the institutional players. I’m already a first year CRE analyst at a large-sized bank. I’m not looking to move out. Really love what I do. However, I am aware that I should keep an eye out for what’s going on in the imdustry. And it’s very rare these days for people to go stay at the same firm for 30 years.
Solid company that does interesting transactions. Their strategy is offering liquidity to owners buying LPs out of JVs they want to get out of for whatever reason it may be. Lends itself to working on large deals on total capitalization basis. Not sure if they have product lines beyond this, but this is what they’re known for.
Thanks

Secondaries, not fof
Cool company, I made it to second or third round there at one point. It depends on which team you are working with and for. But some of the people have great experience, some have ok to good experience.
can you tell me about the interview experience?
phone calls and an excel test, i think
