Worked in Big 4 consulting for a year, mainly on strategy and CDDs for PE clients. Now on the verge of moving to real estate private equity. I enjoy financial modeling and real estate but don’t resonate with the ‘fancy’ aspects of consulting. Keen to work on something tangible that could help me start my own venture in the future. Any advice or considerations before I make the jump?
