Management Fee Reimbursed in NNN Lease
How often have the rest of you monkeys seen a tenant reimburse the property management fees as part of a NNN lease? I came across this recently and was pretty surprised.

Seen it a ton on industrial and a few offices
I've seen some cap the management fee at x%, and a couple other unique structures
