Maps in investor memos
New to real estate, wondering what resources you guys use to input overview maps into your investment memos (besides satellite google maps..). any other tips on how to create those overview maps with amenities and whatnot are welcome.
Thanks in advance!
Would like to know this as well
Big brokerages have marketing/graphic design people who do this, if you want to make it look like theirs I would get really good at Illustrator or Photoshop probably.

Seconding this, I had an internship with a major RE consulting firm and I used Esri every day. Really great product.
Many broker OMs are simple maps that they've created using powerpoint, or if they want to make it fancy, Illustrator.
Alternatively, if you're looking to make more complex maps then GIS is the way to go. Esri if your company can afford the license, or QGIS which is completely free and is good enough to do everything you imagine you'll ever need for your mapping tasks.
Google My Maps + PowerPoint
Yeah I’ve been using that and google earth. Actually works pretty well
I have not used it, but have seen this mentioned on WSO before.
