I know real estate is less structured than IB, but is getting an MBA still a requirement for moving up the ladder at REPE firms? Can you succeed in this industry without one or would you be at a serious disadvantage, especially at one of the PERE 50 firms?
If anyone has any insight on the MBA hiring/promoting policies at some of the PERE firms, I would much appreciate it.
