MBA vs MSRE executive programs - worth it in my case?

Hi all,

I am 33 years old and have been in commercial real estate for the last 10 years. I went to a non-target school and got a bachelors in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.

I own my own boutique full service brokerage company that is profitable , though small with only 5 employees/ agents.

I have always wanted to go back and get a grad degree part-time (MBA or MSRE) , but now given my position, I’m not sure if it makes any sense at all. I have a few questions: Does it make sense? Are there any programs that are respected that offer online options or a part time/executive track? (I live in the Southeast and cant relocate due to family). Networking opportunities aren’t as important to me since I have an established small business. The networking would be more to broaden my access to potential clients. It is more for the following reasons: -accomplishment/prestige factor -additional credibility -would eventually like to get into bigger capital raising (goes along with credibility) Any thoughts would be appreciated

Thanks!
