I am meeting with the MD for a top brokerage firm in their Valuation/Appraisal department for my final interview. Most of my time has been spent in more the finance and trading side of the industry however I would like to be making a career change to Real Estate and I believe valuations would be a good opportunity to do so.
I just wanted to see if I could get any tips from previous appraisers/industry experts on what I should expect at this interview as well as if you were in the MD's shoes, what questions would you like to see being asked to show interest.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
