Megafunds with structured experienced analysts programs?

Currently an analyst at a brand name developer. I’m looking to transition to MF REPE. yes, I know this could be a long shot / difficult. Do any of the megafunds have experienced analyst programs? I see that many of them hire directly from undergrad. Given that I’m now past that stage, what’s a good way to break into these companies.
