Memorandum for Refinance of Commercial Property to Banks

Hi All,

Does anyone have a template to use for a memorandum to banks for a refinance of a mixed use commercial property?

I've done the finance modelling etc but struggling to find a template I like to use so I can send off to the banks

Any help highly appreciated
