Meridian Capital Group Thoughts?
What do you guys know about them, specifically about their investment sales and leasing teams? They seem to primarily be known for cap markets but wanted to see if anyone knew how their IS and leasing teams compared to CBRE, JLL, and the like.

Solid shop, but my understanding is that the brokers compete heavily with each other.
You’ll never entirely escape that environment in brokerage but meridian has more intra-company competitiveness than average I would say.
Is it worse than m&m in your opinion?
I’d say better than M&M. Less focus on cold calling, but you’ll need to bring in revenue quickly. It’s all hearsay but they seem to drop non-productive brokers quickly.
Sales and leasing team are much less insular than the debt team in regards to non Jews. Amit Doshi is Indian and Helen Hwang is Korean.
