Honestly wouldn’t expect to until deal volume picks up. Bank lending continues to contract and bid ask spread remains and likely will remain / goal post will continue to move until there is a bit more interest rate clarity. In the meantime, yes some transactions will take place, but they will be minimal and not enough to warrant additional hiring
