I will be interning as a MBA acquisitions associate at a MF REPE in NYC. I've done the main modeling courses and and know multifamily uw fundamentals but have never been in an equity role before. What skills , resources, or etc I should brush up on to prepare me? Curious on what my role and day to day will look like as I've been told there is a great amount of deal flow.
