Does anyone have a source to a solid MF acquisition template? I’ve looked at ground-up MF development but never existing value-add/core acquisitions.
Really just trying to get a sense on the best way to model the existing rent roll and then future cash flows on a per suite basis (i.e turnover, LCs, make ready costs, variable expenses etc.).
Would really appreciate if any fellow monkeys could point me in the right direction and help salvage my Friday afternoon here.
Adventures in CRE have updated theirs lately, not looked at it but it's 2nd in their library atm.
Get REFM has a template that is good. You’ll have to model in lease up costs etc as a capital expense (TI/LC, etc) it’s not automatic, but it’s a good model.
