Mid-year review goal setting as a new employee

I am a first year asset management analyst out of college and I have my first review of my work as of working 6ish months. HR sent me that I have to set up goals that will be reassessed at the end of the year. my question is what are good goals to set as an analyst in asset management. Any tips for what to say during the review and what is typically expected at other firms would be super helpful.
