Middle Eastern Developers

Does anyone have any intel on working in the investment arms of the ME developers? Any particular one to avoid? I recently got in touch with one of them (one of the privately owned UAE based developers) and whilst the package sounds compelling (at least the approximate one, haven't received the offer and happy to share it here once I have it), the caliber of people and the recruiting process seem quite questionable.

Thanks!

I was approached by them directly, and took it from there out of curiosity. I believe SWFs will typically recruit via the headhunters, for the rest of the crowd it's a mixed bag. Not really focused on any specific jurisdiction to be honest, I keep an open mind. Would decline any opportunities from KSA, though.

Background is >5y of experience of working in the EU in real assets space.
