Not familiar with this shop and/or market, but is your deal considered "high street" retail? If so, a lot of people are looking for this type of asset right now, especially with the correct "risk/return" profile. Shoot me a PM if you want to chat further by I'm working a programmatic venture with a big name sponsor and LP who are actively searching for high street. Honestly - that could be right up their alley. Shoot me a PM if you have time to chat on this further, but they have a large allocation for this so if market won't command $1,000+ PSF it might be a little bit of a lost cause. Either way, I'm always game to make new connections and meet new people. I'm not trying to "broker" you, but I'm always game to help - maybe I could tee you up with some others who have an interest in it if it's not a fit for the guys I'm running with.
