Modeling Courses/Certifications worth it? - Trying to switch out of hotels.
I am a current intern at a hotel investment company, and I have realized I preferably would want to switch into an investments role that focuses on a different property type (multifamily, retail, etc.). This is my junior year internship and I am starting to apply to full time jobs, but my entire resume is hotel eccentric. Are their any excel modeling courses or certifications that would be helpful for me to leverage in interviews/for my knowledge about other property types?
