First time poster here.
Hi guys, does anyone know what the Real Estate IBD modeling tests are like at these 2 shops? I was from a REPE background (albeit outside of the UK) so while I am used to the normal development and asset-level real estate DCF (including waterfalls), I have not worked in RE IBD and am wondering if the modeling tests are different. Tips are much appreciated.
