Mortgage Note Sales

I work from home selling mortgage notes to accredited retail and institutional investors. I sleep in, smoke weed every morning, and drink beer all afternoon if I'm not at the titty bar with a new client. Basically my job is the shit. I take off whenever I want and best of all I don't have a boss to report to. I made 25k last month on over $2million in sales. I feel like I'm living the dream. Stress free, take off whenever I want. Hat's off to you guys in IB and PE working 80+ hour weeks and weekends. You guys are getting great experience. But nothing is as satisfying as a six figure sale.
