Anyone know if Ethan Penner's firm is still "active" in terms of lending? It seems like it's a pretty high turnover shop, the 2-3 people I had met years ago are no longer there, and rumor is that his founding partner Vicky Schiff parted ways with the company over the summer.
File this under CRE Page 6, but anyone have any intel as to WTF is going on there?
