Moving Firms at Peak Cycle - Concerns?
How concerned would you guys be about a lateral move right now? I have a few years under my belt at my current firm and bosses like me, but no opportunity for growth (just due to no turnover - but job is secured).
Would you guys be concerned? Finally have an offer to lateral to a similar type of role at another firm (essentially same role, slight pay bump), but concerned that I won't have any goodwill built up and if there is a squeeze in the market, I would be the first to go.
Thoughts?
