Moving from development/acquisitions to brokerage in the same asset class after a year?

Title says it all, what do you think. Asset class is industrial is it possible to crack 150k+ plus if I have one year of dev/acq experience then move to a brokerage position?

Like into a production role or analyst role? As an analyst on a top team you could probably crack $150k+ after bonus. If you want to be a producer, then you'll hear a variety of opinions - I think you should move to brokerage as soon as possible and start building your network, but some will say get more knowledge then make the move.

That being said, you will not clear $150k+ in your first year in a sales roles. It takes 2-3 years before you can even really make a living, so have a big pool of savings.
