Moving from generalist M&A to REPE...

...anybody here make the move?

Would love to hear experiences, how difficult it was to transition, biggest differences and whether you are glad you made the move.

Currently working for a MM bank doing generalist M&A across a range of sectors. Currently looking to make a move and have always had an interest in RE since I was a kid. I think I would really like a role in REPE but worried if I make the jump and don't like it I am stuck forever!

Ultimately only I can make the decision but would love to hear others experience.
