Moving From Lending to REIB
I’m going to be working at a BB for full time on the lending side. I’m happy with my current role but have been thinking that I may enjoy working in the industry from a more corporate view than working on individual assets. I have both IB and CRE experience so I understand what goes into both industries. I was curious if anyone has seen someone at one of the BBs in lending move over to REGAL. I think this would be a hard sell because my skill set may not be transferable but I don’t think it’d be impossible. Also it may help that I’ll have my series 79 after hitting the desk. Any help would be great.
