MRED

I am new to the real estate world, currently on the financial side but sitting under the development team. I’m trying to learn as much as possible on my own but wondering if MRED is the way to go? Mostly all of the development managers in my team or that I’ve worked with have engineering/construction backgrounds then got the MRED at some point. Is it worth doing or should I hold out until later on? I have a finance degree.. goal is to become development manager, but this next step goal could always change since I’m still new

Pros/cons (aside from the obvious $$ and time it would require me to spend)?

Also, unrelated, guessing there’s not many girls out there in this field? I’m a girl and noticed I’m always in a room of guys (not that it matters, except when sports talk happens)..id love a girls point of view on their role/this field/etc
