MRED Programs- West Coast/Rockies

While there is certainly a plethora of information and data regarding MRED programs on WSO, it appears that it is primarily skewed towards North Eastern schools (MIT, Cornell, NYU, Columbia, etc.). So my question is simple, what are the best MRED programs in the West Coast/Rockies regions (lets include Texas as well to broaden the geographical scope)?

So I know this is technically outside of the geo boundaries the OP set, but U Wisconsin - Madison has basically the oldest real estate academic program in the nation, great alum base, very spread out including the west coast (because clearly you don't stay in upper mid-west for long...). The list above is pretty comprehensive, but I would add UCLA, USD for sure. Also U Utah has a newer MRED program I think, don't know as much about it but Utah has a good rep in general in western region.

Pretty sure U of Colorado Boulder has a MSRE program. Could be new, but I have many friends who went there for UG and have said it's a great school and they seem to place well for finance-oriented positions. One friend actually who came from there works at a mega fund, but also had banking internships during school. Either way, add CO to the list of programs.
