MS Real Estate - UC Boulder

Anyone have any info on this program? What's the typical student like and how hard is it to get in? Very low GPA from a state school background but ended up in a good firm/position. Hoping that experience and a decent GMAT/GRE score will carry me...

I know du msre is legit for Denver not sure about cu. I do know a couple of people in Denver cre had mbas from cu but got them straight out of undergrad. Not the most prestigious credentials but will likely get the job done if you want to be in Denver.

Thanks for the response. I'm actually based out of Texas but wanting to make the move to the Denver/Boulder area within the next year. I don't really mind the prestige factor, just want a decent program to build a decent network at a pretty small cost (in comparison to other programs at least). I'm just concerned my UG GPA is going to screw me over here haha. I couldn't find any info on the MS RE section on UC's website for admissions statistics so don't have anything to go on unfortunately.

It’s an awesome area. I’d take a look at the class profiles and try and get a read on the competitiveness of the admissions. Honestly I don’t think the schools are that selective since it’s so regional. Best of luck
