MSRED NYC Spring Internship

Starting the final semester of the Columbia MSRED and am in search of an internship in NYC. Mostly interested in a development/project management type role, but also open to the finance side of things if the opportunity presents itself. I have 2+ years of full time experience at a top asset manager and undergrad internship experience at a hedge fund, all in ops related roles.

Have been utilizing Columbia resources as well as LinkedIn to connect with people in hopes of finding an internship opportunity (which will obviously be key in helping me find a full-time role post-MSRED, considering my lack of RE experience) but have come up dry thus far. I'm hoping things start to pick up now that we have turned the corner of the new year.

Looking for any advice (or leads) that anyone might have! It's tough when there aren't formal internship programs, but the grind will make it feel that much better when it's all said and done. Would obviously prefer to get paid, but it's really not about that at all right now for me.

Thanks in advance!
