Multi family modular
Has anyone here worked with a modular company to renovate or build multi family/single family projects? If so which company did you go with?
I’m working on a deal and going with a modular company is starting to make more sense because of issues with the county. I’m looking for recommendations/experiences with these firms. Project is based in florida.
Good fucking luck finding a modular housing manufacturer who kindly adds your 1 small project to his pipeline, while everyone and their grandma begs him to do theirs, and while the manufacturer is plenty busy producing boring modular homes for buyers in Mississippi and South Dakota
