How hard is it to get a position with a Major Mixed-use developer straight out of school, assuming you’ve only interned at multifamily ones,(they werel arge ones and top 10). I also go to non target.

Not sure I fully get your question, but if you are implying that by interning with a multifamily developer will make you less desired at a mixed-use developer, I can pretty strongly say that will not be the case. Internships will not "define" your or "silo" you, they really don't count as real experience in most instances anyway. So, your chances are your chances based on your profile, ability to interview/network, and all the normal factors. The internship with a large developer should be a major plus with any type of developer, as not many UGs get them!
