Does anyone have a cost index showing the per sq foot construction costs year over year. Preferably in Los Angeles, but City by City would be great / National Avg. works too. Type III (4-7 stories), but Type V works. (labor costs and material costs).
I know Marshall & Swift have one and RSMeans, if any of you monkeys have the PDF, it would be much appreciated.
