Multifamily Investment Sales Brokers in Boston

Gents,

Do we have any forum members who either are or know someone who specializes in Boston Multifamily? Specifically, Class A / 10-25 Story buildings. My team and I are heading there early next week to conduct diligence on a development opportunity in that market. It'd be great to either hop on the phone or meet in person to get a bit more color about the Boston / Cambridge market. Even better if your team has current listings in that space that we could tour (and would consider if the opportunity was compelling enough).

Feel free to PM me if you are or know someone who could help with this.

PS - Does anyone know which major brokerages are the leaders in the Boston / Cambridge MF market?

just go to costar to see the power brokers in multifamily. i am sure ARA, CB, Cushman, and JLL all have institutional MF guys you can contact.

unless you leave a dumb ass VM or make a shit introduction, brokers would want to talk to you. nothing better than inbound lead. now, if you expect you are going to pump and dumb brokers for insight without bring them a deal in the future, you will be quickly added to a "SHIT" list.
