Made it to the final round interview for a top multifamily debt originations group. They gave me the pro forma and the model to take a stab at the loan sizer and making a recommendation to the developer for pricing. However, my experience is in the PE side. If anyone has any resources that would help me understand this better it would be great appreciated!!
