Multifamily REIT Assessment
Have a model assessment coming up for a MF REIT, anyone have any ideas what that would look like and how to prepare for it?

Without knowing what the role is (or what type of MF assets they're buying), I'll assume this is for an acquisitions role. If so, I would watch https://www.adventuresincre.com/watch-build-multifamily-real-estate-mod…</a">this ACRE tutorial and learn how to do it with your eyes closed.
I would also know how to build a mortgage table and how the outputs would work into the cash flow. Maybe also know how to build sensitivity tables and a basic waterfall structure (ACRE has tutorials for these as well), but that might not be necessary.
All in all, ACRE is a great resource. I would take a look at the different MF models they have on their website and start messing around with them, see how they tick.
