Multifamily Tests
Hey, because this group is always helpful...does anyone have a solid multifamily underwriting test? Based on my call, you get to take it home and work on it. Everyone here is usually very helpful and willing to share so hoping someone has something I can look at over the holidays (very exciting). I downloaded a PGIM one off here, but could always use more practice. Thanks everyone and have a good Thanksgiving.
