Recently my co-op that is located in NY State, posted a payment to my maintenance account that I did not pay. leaving my account with a balance in my favor of nearly 2 months worth of HOA fees. Management sent out a printed statement showing this information, IF THEY DO NOT catch their mistake is there a statue of limitations that they can claim the money back?
