Just curious if the large national brokerages (CBRE, JLL, Cushman, Avison) offer any health benefits to their brokers?

Health Insurance plans are available through them, but I do not believe they are always subsidized by the firm - depends on how much you produce which affects your type of status as a broker. I know of many brokers who go use a health insurance broker that helps find them a better rate.
They do. Most of the time the brokers who are not on a draw are 1099 employees with options to participate into the company healthcare plan.
