Can anyone shed some light on Natixis? They've been very active in cmbs, balance sheet etc. Appreciate any insight into culture, comp, lifestyle etc.

I don't have access to the reviews or comp info.
I know a couple guys on a trading desk at Natixis. They all seem happy with comp, although its not highest on the street. It seems like they have a pretty laid back culture and pretty decent lifestyle - can't really speak much at the junior level, but the guys I know have pretty much an 8-5 average workday.
Only thing that I think gets on their nerves is that compliance and some trade processing functions are in France, so any issues on trade confirms or compliance/credit can take a while to work through. It can be a pain in the ass for customer service when the FO guys cannot follow up quickly with clients.
Are they on the CMBS trading desk?
