NAV Model to value private REIT
Can you use a NAV Model to value a private REIT? Does the NAV Model have to involve dividing by outstanding shares at the end? Can I describe a NAV Model simply as Market Value of Assets subtracted by market value of liabilities?
Also does anyone know how many shares the average private REIT has?
