NCREIF Returns - Anybody have a recent Q2 report or advice on tracking to benchmark since inception?

I'm trying to compare my firm's returns to a benchmark and align with a since inception date. I'm having hard time finding NCRIEF historical returns I'm looking for, like 2-3 year data. Anybody else tracking fund returns here? I used to be able to get the 3-year index return, but seems they only publish the quarterly data now.
https://www.ncreif.org/data-products/property/

Ideally, I could just get the index figure similar to how CPI is published and line up with my inception date, then maybe quarterly data on website would suffice if I factored in some geometric return calc (not sure, just guessing).

Let me know if you've found other sources to find index figures, like hidden in some REITs 10K or something.

Please PM if you could share report.

Thanks
